Stock for the front of house and the back

Guests judge a Napa property by its restrooms as much as its lobby. An empty towel holder in a tasting room restroom on a Saturday afternoon, or a soap pump that clicks dry in a hotel lobby washroom, undoes a lot of careful work elsewhere. Behind the scenes, staff restrooms, kitchens and break areas need the same supplies just as reliably. Napa Janitorial supplies the consumables for both sides of the property and keeps them stocked.

The range covers what restrooms and work areas actually run on: bath tissue, folded and roll hand towels, foaming or liquid soap, sanitizer gel, seat covers, liners for every receptacle and heavy trash bags for kitchens, cellars and loading areas. Paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers are supplied and installed as part of the same service, and sanitizer stations can be placed at entrances and check-in counters where guests arrive.

Refills while the crew is on site, if you want them

If we also provide your recurring janitorial service, restocking can happen during the visit itself, with products we supply or with the cases you buy. Crews open every dispenser, top up tissue, towels and soap, reline bins as they empty them and refill sanitizer at the entries. Before they leave, they check the supply closet and record anything running short, so the next delivery brings it and no restroom runs out before the next visit.

Supervisors include stock levels in their quality inspections. Properties with day or night porters get extra checks while guests are on site, which matters most at tasting rooms, restaurants and hotels during their busiest hours.

Supplies delivered for in-house teams

Some businesses clean with their own housekeeping, cellar or facilities staff and just want the product handled. Supplies-only service is built for them. We agree on the items and quantities for each restroom and work area, then deliver on the schedule you choose to the storeroom or closet your team already uses.

Your staff keep their routines. The difference is that the shelf is full when they reach for a case of towels, and nobody on your team has to count, reorder or track down a missing shipment.

Dispensers and the refills that fit them

A refill only helps if it fits the holder on the wall. Older buildings and properties that have been remodeled in stages often carry a mix of towel, tissue and soap units, each taking its own refill. We fit one coordinated line of paper, soap and gel units and carry the refills cut for that line, so guest restrooms look consistent and staff never wrestle the wrong roll into place.

If you would rather keep the dispensers you have, we match refills to those units instead. New rooms get their dispensers mounted and added to the stock list when they open.

Par levels that follow the season

Every restroom carries its own par level, a set on-hand count for each consumable it uses, which its closet shelf never drops below. We set those numbers with you from headcount, guest traffic and the number of fixtures, then bring stock back to par on each visit or delivery.

Traffic at guest-facing properties tends to rise and fall with the season, so par levels can follow it. When summer weekends or harvest bring more guests and seasonal staff, the pars go up to match. In quieter months they come back down, so the closet holds what you will use rather than a pile of cases nobody needs.

One less vendor on the manager’s list

For a general manager or office manager, supplies are a small job that never ends: another rep to call, another reorder to remember, another delivery to receive. When we handle supplies, that task goes away. If we also clean for you, the crew already walking every restroom can keep it stocked as well, and you talk to one person about the scrubbing and the paper alike.

Staff kitchens can be covered too. Our breakroom and pantry restocking keeps coffee, snacks and drinks on the shelf with a list of its own.

Paper and liners by type of property

Properties that host visitors, such as hotels, tasting rooms and restaurants, use paper and soap in step with guest traffic, and shops and food venues follow their weekend crowds.

Medical offices keep their restrooms in use across long days, and classrooms bring a steady flow of people from morning to evening. Warehouse and bottling space works differently again: there, liners and heavy trash bags matter as much as restroom paper, because cartons, wrap and cellar waste fill the bins.

How pricing is set

Supply cost is worked out from the property itself: staff numbers and guest traffic, the count of restrooms and staff rooms, the wear each one takes, the paper and soap grade you prefer, and the visit or delivery cadence. Dispensers are priced by type and count, and the quote lists every item.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can our own housekeeping or cellar staff use your supplies without your cleaning service?

Yes. A supplies-only account gets its own stock list and par levels, delivered on a schedule you choose.

Can you make the dispensers match across our guest restrooms?

Yes. We mount one coordinated dispenser line in every guest restroom and keep its refills on hand.

How do you handle the jump in traffic during harvest and summer?

We raise the par levels for the busy months and lower them again when traffic eases, so the supply closet matches the season.

Do your crews refill dispensers during regular cleaning visits?

They can. If we supply the products, crews refill dispensers, reline bins and top up sanitizer on each recurring visit and note low closet stock for the next delivery. If you keep your own stock, they refill from your shelf instead.
