Guest-facing buildings, managed from a distance

A Napa property in your portfolio is rarely just an office. It might be a hotel with a lobby and guest corridors, a winery with a tasting room bar and a production floor, a restaurant, a retail storefront, or a business park with suites for several tenants. Each is judged by guests and tenants who notice the details, and your team is often managing it from an office in another city or state.

Napa Janitorial can work for your facility management company as a vendor you sign with directly, with no agency taking a cut in the middle. National firms and regional ones are both welcome, for buildings in Napa and in nearby towns such as American Canyon, Yountville and St. Helena.

Getting Napa Janitorial onto your vendor list

Your vendor onboarding asks for insurance, and we make that the easy part. Our certificate is in your hands within one business day of asking. Additional insured status for your firm, and for the owner or occupant you manage for, is added on request. Our general liability policy is written at $1M for each occurrence and $2M aggregate, umbrella coverage sits over that, and our crews are covered by workers’ compensation.

For the remainder of your paperwork, send a vendor packet request through our ordinary contact form. Our operations staff reply with the packet by email.

Crew members clear a background check before they work at any of your sites, and they arrive in uniform. Hotels, wineries and secure buildings sometimes add a step of their own, such as extra screening, a property badge, or an escort into restricted rooms, and those steps become part of how we staff that building.

Ticket work that respects your limits

Your company’s work-order system is where our tickets live, whichever system that is. Requests reach us there and closeouts go back there, so your coordinators keep one record of every job.

We treat each ticket’s not-to-exceed figure as the ceiling. Should a job outgrow it, say a winery restroom needs more than a standard deep clean, we phone your coordinator and wait for a go-ahead on the overage.

Urgent tickets are answered the day they arrive. Hospitality properties have problems at inconvenient hours, so someone picks up urgent calls after dark and on weekends, harvest Saturdays included.

What you can hand us

Day-to-day cleaning runs through our janitorial services on a nightly or weekly plan, and properties with daytime traffic can add a day or night porter who keeps restrooms stocked and lobbies tidy while guests are around.

Hospitality properties can route hotel and hospitality cleaning and winery and brewery cleaning to us, along with restaurant and commercial kitchen cleaning for back-of-house spaces.

Periodic and one-time tickets fit our floor care, patio and walkway pressure washing, extraction for carpeted guest areas, deep cleans of restrooms, event cleaning before or after a wedding, and post-construction cleaning after a renovation.

Accountability on paper

Each time a crew arrives at your building and each time it leaves, the visit is logged. Ask us whether a site was serviced on a given night and the answer comes from the record.

Urgent and one-time jobs close with a short note or photos showing the finished work. For recurring buildings, our supervisors carry out quality inspections and send the results, as reports or scores, to your team.

In a guest-driven town, those records do double duty. When a hotel’s general manager or a winery’s hospitality lead raises a complaint with your client, you can open the inspection history and the visit log for that property instead of starting from someone’s recollection.

Many properties, one relationship

All of your Napa-area buildings answer to one account manager, named at the start and known to your coordinators. When that manager can’t be reached, our operations manager takes the escalation, so there’s always a second person accountable.

A group of properties can start at once. If your client is bringing a hotel, two offices and a retail space into your portfolio together, we can take all four on the same schedule rather than phasing them.

Billing can follow the building or the ticket, your call. A hotel invoice, for instance, names that hotel’s address and the matching work order number, so passing costs through to your client stays tidy.

Your first Napa building

After you send an address, a walkthrough within two business days is standard, and service begins within a week as a matter of course. During the walkthrough we note guest hours, event calendars, delivery times and any badge or escort rules, so the first crew already knows when the tasting room opens and which doors stay locked.

The fastest way in is our contact page. Request the vendor packet there or send your list of buildings, and we’ll answer within one business day. We can be reached 24/7.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Who signs with Napa Janitorial, our firm or our client?

Your firm can. Napa Janitorial can contract directly with your FM company, whether it runs buildings in one region or coast to coast.

Will our client appear on your certificate of insurance?

Yes, if you ask. Both your firm and the property’s owner can be listed as additional insured, and the certificate comes through within one business day.

Can you respond to an urgent ticket at a hotel on a Saturday?

Yes. Urgent calls are taken on nights and weekends, and urgent tickets get a response the same day.

Do supervisors check our buildings, and do we see what they find?

Yes. Recurring Napa buildings get supervisor inspections, and the written results or scores reach your inbox.

What's the quickest way to get your vendor packet?

Fill in our contact form and mention the packet. Someone in operations emails it back.
