Fitness across Napa
Napa’s workout spaces run from full-service clubs with pools and group classes to small studios tucked into neighborhood shopping centers. Valley visitors add another layer: hotels and resorts keep fitness rooms that guests judge as closely as the lobby.
Every one of these rooms collects sweat, scuffs and fingerprints on a daily cycle, and each deserves a plan built around the way people actually use it.
Locker rooms, showers and restrooms
The locker room sets a member’s mood before the workout even starts. Shower walls and floors are scrubbed with a brush that reaches into the grout, shampoo and soap film is rinsed from fixtures and niches, and drains are cleared. Benches, locker faces, handles and the small shelves where members park their phones are wiped, and vanity tops are left dry with no water spots.
Restroom fixtures, partitions and door pulls are cleaned and disinfected on every visit, with grout and drains given a deeper turn through restroom deep cleaning. Paper towel, soap and liner stock is replenished from our supplies or your storeroom, and tile floors are scrubbed, pushed to the drain with a squeegee and dried. Scales, hair dryer cradles and changing tables join the same round.
The workout floor and the gear members touch
Every surface a hand or a sweaty back meets is on the list. Treadmill and bike consoles, rowing handles, elliptical grips and the frames beneath them are cleaned. Strength machine seats, pads, pull handles and weight pins are wiped and disinfected, and free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and the racks that hold them are cleared of chalk and residue.
Rubber flooring and turf lanes hold dust deep in their texture. Rubber is vacuumed to lift grit, then mopped with a neutral cleaner made for rubber so it keeps its grip and color, with a careful pass along rack bases and under benches. Turf gets vacuumed, the stretching zone is mopped, and mats are wiped front and back and set out to dry.
Studios, mirrors and the front of house
Yoga, barre, cycling and group exercise studios are cleaned once the evening class lets out. Mirror walls are polished top to bottom, barres and bike handlebars are wiped, shelves of blocks and straps are dusted and the studio floor is cleaned to suit its finish. Glass doors and interior windows get the same streak-free treatment.
At the entrance, the front desk, check-in tablet, retail displays and waiting chairs are cleaned and the entry mats are vacuumed. Staff rooms, offices and the break area get counters, appliances, tables and bins looked after, and lobby tile can join our floor care schedule for periodic scrubbing.
Cleaning on your members’ clock
Clubs that close overnight get the full clean after the last member leaves, so the early crowd finds a fresh floor at opening. Studios with a late class are cleaned when the room empties, and gyms with a quiet midmorning lull can add a short reset then.
A gym that stays open 24 hours is cleaned area by area. Half of a locker room is closed off while the other half stays in use, one equipment zone is finished before the crew moves to the next, and the busiest spaces are saved for the quietest stretch of the night.
Peak times can add a day porter who restocks restrooms, wipes equipment between users and keeps the locker room floor dry during the after-work rush.
Clubs, studios, hotel gyms and therapy spaces
We clean 24-hour clubs, boutique studios, hotel fitness rooms and PT gyms, including yoga, indoor cycling, pilates, functional-training, climbing and martial arts spaces. Each has its own gear, from padded mats and heavy bags to bouldering walls, and the checklist names every piece.
Hotel and resort fitness rooms fit neatly alongside hotel cleaning, so a guest who works out at dawn walks into a spotless room. Corporate fitness rooms, apartment gyms and physical-therapy gyms with treatment tables and parallel bars are cleaned with the same attention, and disinfection can be added to any visit.
What goes into gym cleaning pricing
Price follows the workload. Square footage, visits per week, the number of locker rooms and showers, how many studios and equipment zones you run, your opening hours and whether the club runs around the clock, your floor surfaces and any porter time all count.
A walkthrough while the gym is quiet lines those factors up in a written quote, with each area and its frequency listed. Start with the quote request.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can a 24-hour gym be cleaned while members are working out?
Yes. The crew works area by area, closing one section of the locker room or floor at a time while the rest of the club stays open.
Do you clean fitness rooms at hotels and resorts?
Yes. Guest fitness rooms are cleaned on the property’s schedule, with equipment, mirrors, mats and floors reset for the next guest.
Which products go on rubber gym floors?
A neutral cleaner made for rubber, applied after vacuuming, so the floor comes clean without turning slick or fading.
How often should a gym's locker rooms be cleaned?
On every visit. Showers, toilets, benches and floors are done each time the crew is on site, with porter touch-ups available at peak hours.
Can our studio be cleaned after the last evening class?
Yes. Studios are cleaned once the room empties, so mirrors, floors and props are ready for the first session the next morning.
